Disappointed with Sedo...

Let me explain why. More than one month ago I purchased the domain StockMutualFunds.com on Sedo.com. It took the seller about one month to push the domain into Sedo's Escrow account.

After the delay the only thing Sedo had to do was pushing the domain into my account. But Sedo has pushed the domain into the wrong manage.snapnames.com account...

The domain is pushed in the account of a company named ICAP Media. I have contacted ICAP Media two times know but they won't answer my emails.

One week ago all of sudden I also saw Sedo has cancelled the transaction of StockMutualFunds.com...

Now my Sedo contact person doesn't answer my emails anymore.

So what can I do to get my domain? I find it hard to believe that Sedo can't get the domain back trough manage.snapnames.com.

Thanks Dvdrip for your advice. Sedo emailed me that their doing their best trying to get the domain back we will see how this turns out.
