this is a newly regged domain for which you might get more in some well promoted auction because of the hype for mobi domains, although you can tell its already cooling down a little, I know people are upset if you appraise their domains at more realistic prices because people still dream of making money with no real work involved, .mobi is nothing but an extension and there is still no real development out there, saying that .,mobi is going to be huge because mobile phone technology is advancing is very naive, you dont need a .mobi for a domain that is mobile-devices accessible, the thing that will happen in my opinion is that a .com site will just detect which device is accessing the site and show the corresponding data, the idea that just because cellphones are big a newly created tld should be too is wrong, because if that would be true .tv tld would be worth more, so I am comparing the real value of mobis to .tvs, I am aware that a $$$ appraisal would make you happy, but I think the real question is, where is the value for that right now..there is no traffic, no real use so far, just hype right now in my opinion..I think .,mobis are not going to be the next .com they are going to be the next .tv or .info
