I guess most people taking Mike up on his offer of free room will be flying London to Pescara on June 5. That's the only definate travel plan I have as of today.

DeCal, am sorry but I think you should post all those things on another thread, don't take me wrong but I would like to see here all the things related with party in Italy and so on, I understand your thought and appreciate it but please start another thread for your things, its fine for me to do another one in UK but please do that in another thread.

Again don't take me wrong but am really busy and this thread for me need to be for confirmation, add conmfirmation, suggestion on what to do and so on.

I know that some of you know good prices on airfare and I am having hard luck finding some decent prices from Chicago, USA to Destination. Please if anyone could help me find a decent rate. I really would like to attend, and also i will be taking about a week off of work also, and would like to get together for the night out before the event. Also I want to know how many people are expected, because i want to bring gifts for everyone. Please let me know. Also the hotel we are staying in, how many nights are included for free?

I already asked many times to help me in this, we can do whatewer we want but I need some idea, the things I thought till now are:

1-put a web camera that can send to the forum the 3 days "Live" but I need tech help for this.

2-Show entraitenment in the hotel and beach all 3 days like Disk Jokey, Joke, and other things made from people that they do this already in the hotel.

3-Baby club for people coming with baby like Gregr and RJ if they want.

4-I talked today with my Lawyer that knows a lot about domains and he said that he can came and do something like a briefing about domain law and rules and also explain for example situation for different country, I mean for example what about an italian domain dispute when you are USA (or other country) resident and viceversa.

5-SUGGESTION......

Number 4 would be great!! I always wondered what exactly are the proceedings if I live in country A and UDRP is filled by complaintant from country B. And things like that.. It would be great if perhaps some of the forums lawyers could attend as well, since they are good at what they do. I know this is a long shot, and none of them will probably come cos of they schedules or whatever. But this would really be a good thing for all of us. We, domainers would gain important info, and they, lawyers would gain many costumers (thats us). I would sure rather have them to fight for my domains, than somebody that know nothing about. Therefore this is opportunity for them as well to build up their costumer base..

Other suggestions would be welcome as well!

MikeMike I can help with the camera part, really all you will have to do is purchase a ($250-350)
Internet Camera Server trendware makes a pretty good wireless 802.11 compliant model which would eliminate cables. you will have to find out if the Hotel has internet connection available. If the hotel is already networked which it probally is, maybe they will let you connect the camera to their ethernet, basically if they do that then. You will just have to create a page on the forum which will let people view the camera which will have its own IP address to it. im not sure if i understand all of that. , let me know if you need more tech help. Also MikeMike I can not confirm whether I can go until I can confirm I can afford the airfare first. i should know soon. Thanks.
