i have asked many times to have the "Who's in Chat" view restored, so that you could see who was in the chatroom at any given time, while surfing from any page here on DNF.

perhaps if you guys scream loud enough it may happen.


there used to be quite a bit of sales activity in chat.


shame on us for not utilizing this important feature of the forum

It's important to see who is in the chat room to make sure we don't get in there at the wrong time with the wrong person and getting beat up!!!!!!

Perhaps there's less activity here than in the past? NP's chat often has people in it.

Another possibility is there are technical issues for many people ... maybe chat takes too long to load, errors out, etc? Something that the DNF techs should double-check; testing various browsers, including on older computers.

Finally, the lack of chatters could simply be due to poor layout / presentation ... ie. as others have suggested, simply showing the chat room activity more promenently throughout the site may be all that's necessary.

as someone mentioned before , i used to check Dnf chat once in a while when i can see who were in the room and how many people , it always appeared in top of homapage and i entered it but now its not there so i dont even think about checking the chat room

Take the old code, plug it into the header and voila, it's viewable from al pages within the forum!
