Domain Newbie. I'm never one for gratuitous gainsaying but scroll up and see the daft comments you made, even when I tried in a good vein to set you on the right track. If you feel argumentative, pick on someone else more your size because I am a hard biscuit to crack. Also think about changing your name - maybe to 'Domain Expert' given your erudite interpretation of the subject of the thread?

Pace Davis just called me back from the USA to the UK. He's very concerned about abuse of his service which is primarily intended for law enforcement and not stupid casual use by gutless DNF wannabes. He's going to track that email and send me the details tomorrow.

Having said that, how much do you think DNForum (domain plus site, members and revenue) is worth if it is to be sold today on an open auction?

Facebook is supposedly worth $15 Billion... DNForum has to be worth atleast 7 figures. Hard to say without actually knowing the exact traffic, membership base and what kind of revenue the site pulls in.
 
Despite Focus's complete and usual misunderstanding of the situation (bless the underdog) I have had another fatuous email via the anonymiser suggesting that I am unaware of how clever this person is of being able to send such emails - a practice that was rife 15 years ago, but this tumbleweed still doesn't understand that the messages are entertaining now and I look forward to the next one. Or do they have the gonads to come here and face me? Nahhh. I will expose them I can assure you.
