DNSeek Prob!

I received an email from DNSeek (I assume as it's the only place I listed this domain) ages ago saying someones made an offer for LOVEDOMAINNAMES.COM for $1000 - "Login and check" - so I did but there doesn't appear to be any way to make contact with my buyer.

I made a post about this at the time in Technical Issues asking to fix this and noones replied.

I've payed over $400 to be a member - why is it so badly run?
