Acroplex, you took the words right out of my mouth.

While we're on the subject, high traffic domains are no problem for us. If, however, the traffic is very low performing or fluctuating erratically, then we will not send it to our advertising partners as this is the kind of traffic they want to keep off their feed.

Hum.. I can't really understand the original complainers logic, and I assume logic hasn't changed in a year... But how did he mean that the CTR would go up, if he displayed ads that wasn't relevant to what people sought after, as he said? If anything, the CTR would drop to near zero, not go up...
