Bzzzt. Either is correct.

As mentioned, it IS "Amish" ... so, no, I don't think anyone would ever be interested in THESE domains. But, do they surf the net?? I'd be willing to bet a few might, or will. Good Luck.

Maybe so, but omish only returns 1,400 results on Google compared to amish's 732,000.

I have never seen Omish used. We have several Amish communities here in West Central Florida - they all use Amish. In any case, they do not use computers so unless you can interest someone in Amish historical sites that are spelled in a form that no one recognizes, I would say you are out of luck.

Yes, Amish is by far the more common spelling. I was just pointing out that technically, according to Webster's, both spellings are valid. Of the above domain names, the only one available with the Amish spelling is AmishLiving.com. Not worth the registration fee.

No - Amish people do not surf the net. They do not have electricity, let alone computers. They do not drive cars. They still use horse and buggy.

But they make beautiful quilts, which are VERY popular, and some of the best pies.

There might be a market for a name like AmishQuilts.com, but that is about all I would immagine.

There's actually quite a bit of tourism based around the Amish. Amish.net is a nice site for Amish tourism information. It seems the visitors to an Amish domain wouldn't be the Amish people themselves, but anyone else looking for Amish-related travel, products, and information.

All well and good! HOWEVER, the domains in THIS thread all have to do with "Omish" ... that's the difference! Good Luck.
