You can get an end user to pay low $x,xxx for it, but it is the type of domain that cannot be sold just by sitting around and waiting for someone to contact you. They will never contact you because no enduser will ever think of the possibility of using a domain hack.

So get to work, search for websites that list doctors, doctor directories, doctor social networks etc and call them and offer to sell it to them. Before you call, prepare a persuasive list of reasons why they "Want this name"
