DoctorSmith.MD - this domain was a premium domain on MD's webpage. As of today last I checked it still is.

Premium domains go for 1k-25k just for registration. Hospital.md is going for 25k.
I have DoctorSmith.MD and DrSmith.MD. These names are darn near priceless. It is going to be a while before I can promote these names. If I receive any significant offers I would consider them. Please releaze this name was and is considered a premium name, if I sell you will be able to register for years to come much cheaper than if you got this from MD's website. Happy Domain'ing..
