I wonder how many people sell their domains to these low-ball offers? I dont even own the name anymore, so I rejected it, but at 2 dollars is crazy.

No telling who bites, but I'm guessing they most likely send the emails out over and over until someone accepts xD

Also popular with blackhat seo using fake traffic to sell a 'business'. If you are looking to buy an app, site, or whatever via them make sure you perform due diligence and research thoroughly.
