cant see any value in it.
The reason you are seeing so many returns for the term in google is because the word is used so much on the net.
I mean it is hard to write anything on any site without at some point including the word 'does', or do and many such words. That doesnt mean they necessarily have value.
also, the extension is either for developers, or for resale in forums like this one, but still , this word has no value with that extension IMO
