Domain Availability software? Scheduled with email response?

Sorry if this is asked before, tried some searches and could only find Domain punch, but im not sure if it will do as i need:

1. An application with a list of my wanted domains
2. It will by my setting check for availability on a daily basis
3. If available, email dispatch

The idea is that this app will run on a windows machine, or does anyone have any linux apps ?

Checking it out now, cant seem to figure out how to auto-notify by email when a domain is available. nor scheduling the app to check three times a day. hmm
