Well, 332 of the cases I have defended have gone to a decision, and I haven't lost one in a while...

Out of nine so far this year, only four were ruled to be reverse domain hi-jacking. But I'd say my experience has been pretty good.

Every case plays out differently since it really depends on the evidence, timing, and how clearly each side can show legitimate rights.
