domain late for renewal, how do i buy?

Hi, I am completely new to this, I did a bit of a search but could not find an answer to this question, sorry.

There is a domain that I would really like, I looked on whois and it;s owner has kept his details private, however the domain is with lcn at the moment and it was due to be renewed on the 28th February.

Any ideas on how I might be able to get this domain?

You'll need to wait for it to hit either the registrar's aftermarket or a drop service.

Who is the registrar?
