Does anyone know what methods do the big perperclick sponsors use to optimize the parked page results?

For example; domainsponsor optimizes the page results based on the what people search for on the specific domain. Fabulous uses categories which they approve for each domain.

What are some of the other methods other sponsors use and what earnings percent do they payout?

If you ever find a program that accomplishes this (like Oingo or Applied Semantics has) please let me know. I know what is involved in building one and am not looking forward to hiring a linguist and a DB expert to put together some of the scripts I have as well as develop new ones to make it happen.
