Domain redirect program?

I have several travel/adult domains each with 1,000 to 6,000 traffic per month, since I have no time to develop them all, I'd like to know if there is any affiliate program that I only have to redirect the traffic?

As always, it depends on quality of traffic.


No i have no clue, I just send traffic there and look @ the signups, thats it.

I dont do calculations.
