Domain Registers that are safe from LegitScript

Hello,

Does any one know domain registrars that are safe from LegitScript?

The only one that I currently know that is 100% safe from LegitScript is: cndomainsite.com

Their support advised me that they contacted ICANN and ICANN advised them that they are not required to comply with legitscript compliments.

I think LS is making their own agreements with registrars and it may not be an icann issue
