It seems like domains sales for low end domains is picking up, I have sold 6 in the last week that I wouldn't have expected to sell.

By low end I mean the 1-4k range.

Anyone else seeing decent sales lately?

In escrow for one well above that amount, pending negotiation of one on the high side of your low end, completed sale less than a month ago in your range, and waiting on potential buyer to return to US to finalize another sale on the low side of your range.

But, unless it has been paid for or in escrow, not counting anything until it is in my account.

Not to mention that low ballers and tire kickers are out in force.

I can not get over the $20 or $50 offers coming via email.

And domain email spam is getting absurdly huge.

Nice to hear the action is picking up! Always lots of sales in this price range in dnjournal report. Probably due to smaller businesses looking for a domain, or domainers who think they can flip it later for more.
