Bring up the screen you want to capture, (assuming your using Windows), press "Print Scrn", nothing will appear to happen, press start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Open Paint

Then press Ctrl+V or go to edit -> Paste, then you can save the screenshot as a Jpeg and post it here.
