Interesting business model.

Lose money on every domain you sell but make it up in volume?

I'm sorry but it sounds like pure scam to me.

For those who don't already know this, wholesale costs at the CNO registry are $6 a domain.

Was everyone a member of Afernic? Just a thought...They seem like they would sell off some of our e-mail addresses.

Anyways, the idea here is to take the loss upfront and then raise prices and also high fees. This is definately a scam...

Hey, isn't that a eNom reseller site? Has anyone tried PDQ yet?

Yup, it is a scam. The signup page is nothing more than a mail form to transmit all your credit card details to this person.

And it's not worth the risk to find out what comes next. That was the major concern for me too.

I used geektools to find the guy's name and address, you can too, it's public information.

I found this bit of whimsy interesting:

r2d2.asdf456.com. If you look up asdf456.com, I believe you will find his control panel.

"asdf" is a left hand typing lesson and 456 is another horizontal string on the same plane of your keyboard. Maybe someone here can hack it.

eNom allows its resellers to spam by mining the WHOIS database.

For this reason, no one should support eNom.

Everyone that purchases something from a spam, encourages them to continue, and takes business away from ethical businesses.

spam = bad = eNom.

is it really an enom reseller, haven't seen a registry rocket site that asks for credit card details on the first page, and why would he sells names for several dollars loss each? and the unsecure connection makes it look doubtful also.

Nice scam!

Anybody can rip a site an make it look legit. Heck, I saw a Microsoft site the other day where you could for a credit card fee access their secret code :D
