yep.. but.. different sites bring out some of the different buyers and sellers who might not like the other sites out there, but might like yours. Always worth a try. Just has to be a bit different. in ways.

Unless he designs it to make the site designed with more than 1 forum. For an example. Design a page, that will be the main index and link to each separate forum, and make it look like its own site with its own information. That way, instead of Domainforum(1 whole) it would be looked at domainforums(multiple forums,multiple sites)

Thanks for the comments on this domain. Yes, I do have plans on development for this domain. I have been researching it for a while now and I believe that there is a definite gap in the market for another domain forum.

But its still a nice domain

I'd say the domain itself is worth about $3,000. But you can increase its
value by developing it, of course. Good luck with doing so! I don't think I
would ever seriously join another domain forum than DNF though.
