indeed a great domain, and fits well with the marketing strategy of the 'nu' names. However, the truth is, .nu is a country code TLD while .info and the other major players are Global TLDs, it makes a big difference.
Most definately worth keeping for the future, but mostly worth for development.

value depends on development
nice name for selling .nu domains, if u make a big site and promote it depending on the advertising budget.
quite low value if u plan to do anything else with it
1. because not many type ins
2. nu is not a valuable extensions, - even less than things like .biz or .cc -
similar to .bz

.nu is not a very popular extension. High $XXX for the domain. We can't value it as a site if its not developed yet / has no traffic!
If it was domain.nu it would be at least High $x,xxx .
