I'm still waiting for replies to support request from over 1 year ago...

1 year?My god,I just pay over 80$ and become a memebr.
It seems it's a good web,but now....I am not sure.

I've met and drank much wine the guys that run it. Decent fellows to be sure. Not sure why they would not answer your support emails though.

Hope you did not drink too much and left them at the table DRUNK... :-D

Limoncello was also involved on multiple occasions, but I am pretty sure they were OK. I believe Italians build up an immunity to the affects of alcohol at an early age.

Hello Owen,
The 'TODAY'S HOT DOMAINS' have not updated for 3 days, they said they will updated daily, but they didn't do that.

I don't know what is going on with DomainsBot. They used to owed by some company in England I think..Now it says they are owned by some company in new york city??? maybe that is what is happening???

opportunitymagic,I think you are a clever man.lol
I just got the answer for domainbot:
We had our offices closed in the last 24 hours, for this reason the top 10 listings has not been updated, but they will be refreshed in the next 24 hours.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenince.
Hope it's the last time.

They've always been good until they "upgraded" to a new platform a week ago Saturday. Apparently it's not working correctly. I say just keep bombarding them with help emails.

The guy who ran DomainsBot back in 1999/2000 was Russian. Never used them since, even though they were good till about 2001.

I use to use them a while ago, support was very good.

Things change.

I receive there unexpected drops list 4 times daily and have picked up some great domains.
I find the service excellant except when they tryed to bill my credit card monthly after 6months when I have a 12 month membership.
I think that is when language problems are always used.
