Is there any one is the stuff or user of Domainsbot?
Who can tell me what happend?
The not reply my help ticket over 60 hours and the data not refresh for 40 hours.
Why?
I hope they can give me a reason.

I don't know what is going on with DomainsBot. They used to owed by some company in England I think..Now it says they are owned by some company in new york city??? maybe that is what is happening???

I just got the answer for domainbot:

We had our offices closed in the last 24 hours, for this reason the top 10 listings has not been updated, but they will be refreshed in the next 24 hours.

They've always been good until they "upgraded" to a new platform a week ago Saturday. Apparently it's not working correctly. I say just keep bombarding them with help emails.

The guy who ran DomainsBot back in 1999/2000 was Russian. Never used them since, even though they were good till about 2001.

I use to use them a while ago, support was very good.

I receive there unexpected drops list 4 times daily and have picked up some great domains.
I find the service excellant except when they tryed to bill my credit card monthly after 6months when I have a 12 month membership.
I think that is when language problems are always used.
