Domaintools and Eurodns question?

Does anyone know if domaintools.com and eurodns.com are owned by the same people. I use domaintools excessively lol but I never use the Eurodns buy feature because its VERY costly for Americans. I think if they developed a relationship with Godaddy or some other cheap registrar they would see a dramatic increase in US sales and a lot of domain junkies coming because that would save so many steps.
