Reg fee until developed to good domain valuation site or forum.

Why is that, there are quite a few folks looking for a nice domain to work with. You could probably say that "no value until developed" for most two worded domains then.

People talk about "domain valuation" and not "domain valuing".
This is why the name you regged has no value by itself.
To ilustrate this:
I own domainvaluation.com and if you give me domainvaluing.com I will not take it.
