For someone making good dough in the black market and looking for biz expansion, I'd say up to 1800. Finding someone with that profile might prove cumbersome, so I feel you should try a quick sale in the 600-800 range.

Black market traders will not pay for a good domain. Spanish domains don't do too well unless they have been Americanized. the .org weakens its commercial value. None of the other extensions (incl. .mx & .com) have been developed. I would suggest this one has limited value. If you can hold out, you might get $100 but I would not expect a sale for a while.
