Report him to the registrar for spam, include full header. After several complaints they will terminate the domain.

.........so what would happen if I parked Taipei ( xn--djrpt.com]台北.com) at DOPA?

Does this sound about right?

1 - Worst Case Scenario - Taipei ([xn--djrpt.com]台北.com) gets 3 uniques per day instead of 4.

2 - Best Case Scenario - Taipei (xn--djrpt.com]台北.com) gets 5 uniques per day instead of 4.


Side Note: Did anyone notice the +6 hour delay in Google Adsense Reporting Today 03/03/2012 ?

I had always heard dopa were good for monetizing chinese traffic, but that was a year or 2 ago and never tried them myself...

As Don said, the established and highly reputable players like Fabulous, Trafficz and Internettraffic never spam but many new firms do so because the competition for your business is now fierce what with so many new players on the scene all striving hard for business combined with the big declines in ppc revenuie and lots of domainers throwing in the towel.
