Hi,

There is a project to expend the number of extensions. The .mobi would be for Web sites compatible with mobile phones browsers. So, I think it has a good value if the .mobi extension become true.

dotmobiles 'sounds' nice.
I am not sure how much you paid, but If it was over mid $XX, I think you paid too much.
it is brandable though, If that is your intention.
in which case, cover your base and get all other major TLDs.

It's got some links - so maybe you'll get some traffic. If the name was available to register without the links, I wouldn't spend $7 on it.
