Usually 10-20 % but possibly more if it receives traffic and revenue.

According to my experience, for type-in domains, the traffic rate for .com:.net is about 10:1

usually 30-50% of the .com value, also depends on the domain

In most of the cases, maybe 25% of the .com
Sometimes more, sometimes less.
You can check some live cases. Example: sex.com and sex.net (both sold some time ago)

Funny how without any hint I posted a similar adult example :)

The value of that domain will mainly be because of it's traffic, so try to see how much it makes.

I'm stuck on .Com.

Simply because companies already spend billions each year in advertising related to their .com addresses.

Let them do the work for you. The consumer wants simplicity. You may give them an easy name to remember, but you must also give them an easy extension to remember -- or they will go elsewhere.

This really depends on the .net...

I would agree with anywhere from 10%-40% of .com pricing. Not based on traffic.
