Dotster free redirection?

Does anyone know how long it usually takes before it starts working? Is it immediate?

If you just use the name server of dotster, it will take 24 to 48 hours to propagate update for .com .net and .org to be access globally. I've noticed that .info and .biz is a lot faster because they update twice a day 7am and 7pm. So for .info and .biz domain, just wait for 24 hours.
