Drop down doesn't fit small screens

I can't click on some of the links in the dropdown because the dropdown is sticky (doesn't scroll down like everything else) and it doesn't fit my 10" screen. Here's the screenshot:

had mentioned this same issue of the drop-down menu on your user icon top right of page (thread link below) and it has since been improved. you can now see all options at least for desktop-laptop screen standard size. have not tried it on 10" screen or so and will check it on my phone. problem seems to be it is a static drop-down menu where you hover to make your selection. would be nicer if you had scroll up and down arrows on either side to make it dynamic imo. that way you would see all options from any size screen.
