Good name for a very good cause...alot of people need help and turn to the net for information and resources..contact the providers of these services for a sale, you will get alot more and I think 10k+ is reasonable on this name unless you want to just dump it on a reseller like myself for a few k..
I'd say $10k+, there's plenty of advertisers and it'd be a good development project.
