Actuallly, I misread the domain. I didnt see the "s". In this case the only thing that will make it valuable is the traffic. Is there any? If not, regfee.

that guy sellin dubaibusinessbaytowers.com ,that only covers the towers,dubaisbusinessbay covers the whole bay e.g dubaisbusinessbay.com/towers/...the guy that owns dubaibusinessbay.com (with out the s) has it on sedo with a minimum of 5,000GBP
