easy transfer

I'd like to know registrar that have easy transfer procedure.
for instance, I like the system of tucows.com, and also stargate.com.
And I also like dotster and enom system, i.e "move domain to another accont"
That is very easy and speedy system.
Is there any other registrar?

I agree with whois, about transfer to enom.

You will have issue with the transfer if you forgot to unlock the domain name, everything else should be ok.
