I'm guessing the e probably hurts this name but does anyone see value here?

The "e" is funny sometimes.It can help or hurt a domain names'
resale value. For instance, E-Business.com and "eBusiness.com"
One may have more appeal than the other. Your domain subject
is clear, and the "biotech industry" is receiving huge funding from investors. I would keep and put-up some info on the industry.
Then market to biotech firms or university's.
