Many cities around the world have a restaurant/bar/poolhall that goes by that name. Other than that, I don't see much marketing value.
I would think that the people at the elbow-room.com and the elbowroom.co.uk would have bought this name by now if they wanted it as it has been for sale for a while.
If you have had several offers, that's a good sign I guess.
