I'm in a pretty interesting position with this portfolio. A couple of folks manifested their desire to buy all of them, but the price they're offering is too low. At $14-$20 each, I'm close to the point where I pay the buyer to take them, lol. Will probably try to sell not to the same person but in several large batches, open to offers and suggestions. I'm in pretty advanced discussions with three serious parties about a full portfolio buyout. If we agree on a price before my two real estate deals take place, the names will be off the market.
