I'm in a pretty interesting position with this portfolio. A couple of folks manifested their desire to buy all of them, but the price they're offering is too low. At $14-$20 each, I'm close to the point where I pay the buyer to take them, lol. Will probably try to sell not to the same person but in several large batches, open to offers and suggestions. Check out the domains and PM me if you have something in mind, especially bulk offers.
 
PSA: DadDomains.com prices will go up as of March, will be moving from $14-$20 to a tiered system, where the price depends on how many you get. Close to 4,000 names currently for sale.

For now, though, it's still $14 each if you pay through Bitcoin or $20 each through PayPal, Wise, wire or other payment methods.

I'm in pretty advanced discussions with three serious parties about a full portfolio buyout. If we agree on a price before my two real estate deals take place, the names will be off the market. For the time being, you can still cherry pick. And remember that even if the portfolio doesn't get sold, prices go up as of March.
 
$25 each for now, prices going up again in April and will settle at around $50.

Might also end up selling the portfolio soon-ish, depends on whether or not I accept what I have on the table right now. We'll see. For now, you can cherry pick at $25 each.
 
Hello Andrei , any update on this? I offered to buy two domains from dad domains site and money was refunded, you mentioned they were unavailable. Just wondering if you've updated the list so it's correct now? Thanks
 
Update for the DNF community, Andrei and i completed the deal. He is a stand up guy to do business with. The miscommunication was on my end. Thanks Andrei
 
Quick update for those of you who have asked me where I've been or who were wondering:

Ended up selling the remaining 3,750 domains.

I do still need a fair bit of extra liquidity, however, so I am offering an even better deal for the time being. More specifically, I will build you a portfolio at prices between $5 + registration fee per domain to $15 + registration fee per domain, depending on how many you pre-pay for.

In a nutshell, you're paying me to chase Pending Delete domains on your behalf, and I like to think I've proven I'm at least one of the best in the industry at that :)

Will only be building for clients until I have enough liquidity and after that, I will increase prices and focus on rebuilding my own. However, those who get on board before that happens will be grandfathered in at the existing rates.

All you have to do is:

  1. Pre-pay using DadDomains.com
and

  1. Give me access to your UnstoppableDomains.com account or to any other registrar account you’d like to use
If you’d prefer that I register using my account and push to yours, that’s also fine but then, you’d have to also send me the registration fee so that I can pre-fund my own account… so an extra PayPal fee, basically. Okay with me either way though, it all depends on what’s more convenient on your end.

It’s a better deal than the usual ones because you get 12 full months of registration (rather than let’s say 7 on average when buying from an existing portfolio) and the average domain quality will be higher, since nobody will get to cherry pick before you.

Should be an interesting experiment!
