Well I didn't say as with foreign lanuages how the word is used depends on how it's spelt so I didn't wanna get ahead of myself & say this means "such & such" in German which would either lead to people under or over appraising the name & I knew people who knew German would know the correct usage of the term & hence wouldn't need a translation. :)

For what it's worth the name means: "Law" in German; however, I'm not sure what context it's used in.. I don't believe it is the most major spelling of the term unfortunately. :-(

Term has 6.7M results on Google..

Btw, the offer was only 110 Euro.

It's hard to appraise a domain in a foreign language, wich you are not sure what context it's used in. A german 1-word .biz domain hmm maybe $350 to an end-user, but don't quote me on that.

Hello Cyphix,
I know german moderately, so just my 3 cents: Main german term for 'law' in many contexts is 'Recht' (as a set of regulations: civil law=Zivilrecht, canonical law= kanonisches recht, etc.), however 'Gesetz' is sure a law term as well meaning more like parliament act, not only but mainly (German parliament(s) act(s) = Bundesgesetz(e). 'Gesetz' means also 'rule', 'principle' ('Naturgesetz'). I am not sure how it goes with '.biz' ext. (probably not so smooth IMO) however this is popular, generic german word for sure. For end-user can be worth much (difficult to say, as always: I think for quick selling you can start your price from approx. below mid.x,xxx$ although low x,xxx$ is a good price IMHO). Right wholesale price would be something about mid-high xxx$. Just my quick estimation.
Good luck, hookah

Got an offer for 500 Euro via Sedo.... think I should take it? IT's their final offer apparently. I was hoping for more, but could do with the cash right now so dunno what to do really.... :-(

Seems to be a reasonable offer to me. You could try to push it to €1k, but I doubt they would go along.

From a Germany point of view 500 Euro sounds pretty fair to me. I would not pay that much for a generic but singular word .biz myself.

Best Regards
