eNom and Attenza.com. Any good?

I notice that eNom uses Attenza.com for its customer support/KM. Any good? It starts at only $99 per month, and I'm very tempted to try out that service.

I have not been too thrilled with their support thus far. I keep e-mailing my rep after getting little response from the customer support center. I'm sure my reps going to start ignoring me completely after a while, but I'm not getting very far whenever I use them.
