What happens to a name in private auction, if none of the bidders rais the price from their original 10 point bid. Does it go to the first 10 point bidder, or does it go public?

Thanks

Tried it 2 times, and both times I lost the domain name, don't know if the other bidder got it.

Well I guess if you didn't see it go public, the other bidder must have gotten it. I'll roll the dice and let it close tied, see what happens.

I would assume it would go with the first bidder.
And, I am sure they have a system to determine the
first bidder.

I'm pretty sure that in a tie the winner is determined by the timestamp, whoever placed the order first gets it...

Fact is ... it goes to the first bidder - happend several times to me - also if a name has a tie bid and you where the first one to bid (added to the enom club drop) you will be the one who gets the outbid notice if the bid is raised...

Well in my case today, there were only 2 bidders, so 50/50 chance and I had entered it last week so I was fairly certain I was first.
