enom privacy question

If I add privacy to a domain name, and then push it to someone elses enom account, will the privacy option that I bought be carried over?

Yes it will. The whois that will be attached to the IDP will either remain the same or change to the new user account, depending on whether you chose the option to push all contact information over or not.
