Enom Reactivation Period

I noticed some expired domains appear with the name "Reactivation Period". I only noticed this in Enom domains.

If I search a domain like this in NameJet, I can bid on them.

How much time does a domain stays in "Reactivation Period"?

For example, there are domains that recently expired and they appear in NameJet under "PreRelease" (and says something like "closing time 10 days").

If I bid when the auction is finishing (with "PreRelease"), will I get the domain? Or then the domain enters into a public auction?
