I was interested until you mentioned the sub-account.

What does the sub account have to do with anything?

Basically free money when the guy renews his domains or registers anything new.

Can you force him out? It's a responsibility I'm not willing to undertake. Resellers are responsible for sub-accounts and what they pay or not pay.

I have a few subaccounts in my enom and they renew/register automatically via enom payment gateway. I just get whatever's left (now only about 50c) added to my account every time they register/renew. Is there some kind of legal responsibility that goes with it?

You are responsible only for setting their prices and I don't even mess with that at all. To be honest, I have no idea how this guy became a sub account. He has never in the 4 or so years I have had the account ever asked me for anything. I am not responsible for his domains in any aspect, if they expire, they expire.
