I was told by this same person that I could transfer funds from one RR to another.
This is the '12th' email about this problem.
I got hit by false regs overseas and that brought one RR to a minus.
So I asked to have funds transferred from one to another RR.
Heres the latest response:
------------------------------------------
Subject: RE: transfer funds, RR accounts
It looks like these two registry rocket accounts are both in the same eNom account. There is no way to transfer money, they will both draw money from the same balance.

Duh! If 'they will both draw money from the same balance' I wouldn't have renewals/transfers that havent gone through for a freakin' week and the balance in one wouldnt be a minus.
The @!@%#! money was sure taken from my checking account (12/11 + 12/17) but the domains are still about to expire.

And the accounts were never and are not now in the same account.

At a loss for words.....

You shouldn't sell domains for under 15.00, or you are asking for trouble.

Leaving yourself less than 2% profit margin, with chargeback risk, etc... ouch!

Enom recently improved fraud protection.

Im just looking to make some extra bucks from the sites to buy DNs.
Which is actually working,if people from Turkey stop using fake credit cards.

What bugs me is that domains that are renewed or transferred have another year added instantly.
Its been days and they are still about to expire. And they took the money for this from my checking account.
And one of them has already been sold.
If this doesn't get straightened out I'll lose the domains and have to return the money to the buyer.

eNom finally figured it out (?).
Still not working.
Domains still about to expire.
And money I was told to transfer is God knows where.
Its gone from commissions but doesn't show up anywhere else.
Thats three times that monies have been moved or taken out and are 'lost in space' over this problem.
I just love eNom.......

eNom wants to know if there is anything else that they can do.
The domains are still due to expire.
This is too much.

Yes, nameguy, they now:

1)ask for the CVV number (the 3 digit code on the card. Only the cardholder would have this. If a number is stolen, they will not likely have the CVV)

2)They also Confirm the address (Address used to purchase domains must match credit card address. Again, only the cardholder will have this)

Should significantly reduce risk.
