Expect a big surprise if investigations should (hopefully) focus on enom's activities in regards of .eu domains.
Question: What does enom have in common with a german company by the name of Minerva GmbH ?
Answer: They share more than just the same nameservers on numerous premium .eu domains.
Hint: Take a look at the whois of essen.eu to see an example of what i mean.
Also interesting: Check for instance the name essen.eu not only for whois details but with the "sunrise" button at eurid.eu and you'll see the numerous attempts of Minerva getting this name through TM's.What's even more interesting - besides the fact the applicant is always the same - are all the different creative company names that enom came up with as technical contact like "Enombre Corporation", "Gunga Galunga, Inc.", "Afterdark Domains" etcetc.
I will follow up soon with a list of domains in question.
