You raise a point.
I know of some drop registrar who seem to be in breach of icann agreement.

Have you tried emailing eNom about the domain? Maybe they can point you in the right direction?

What pisses me off is the rules ICANN doesn't enforce. If it doesn't include a "$" they don't care.

Same with enomsky.com:

whois.enomsky.com not available although it's listed in the whois of for example MAZUA.COM

According to whois, enomsky.com is the registrar listed as ENOMSKY INC.

Go to enomsky.com and all you'll find of this "registrar" is a PPC page.

Somehow this business seems more shady every day.

Btw - how many sub registrars of themselves has enom created ?

ICANN ACCREDITED REGISTRARS

Enom Corporate, Inc.
Enom GMP Services, Inc.
eNom World, Inc.
eNom, Inc.
Enom1, Inc.
Enom2, Inc.
Enom3, Inc.
Enom4, Inc.
eNom401, Inc.
Enom5, Inc.
Enoma1, Inc.
EnomAte, Inc.
EnomAU, Inc.
EnomEU, Inc.
Enomfor, Inc.
EnomMX, Inc.
Enomnz, Inc.
eNomsky, Inc.
EnomTen, Inc.
EnomToo, Inc.
EnomV, Inc.
EnomX, Inc.

Can anyone explain what the heck is going on here? Have all these new ICANN accredited enom sub-registrars been created since Demand Media recently took over? This seems most unusual and definitely deserves some answers.

mazua.com shows up on whois.enom.com

EDIT: Can anyone get anything registered with eNom or any of its resellers to show up on whois.sc?
