enquiry about adtypes-1click or portal?

Hi,
When I setting my domain parking situation,I found there are two ad types, named 1 click and portal. what are 1click and portal? what is the difference between portal and 1 click?

If it gets targeted traffic, use optimal keywords. If you are not sure what kind of traffic it receives or the CTR is low, try portal.
